Questions families ask us
Companion and homemaker support in Melbourne, Palm Bay, and nearby Brevard.
View all FAQs →1. What services does Grace & Glory provide?
We currently offer companion care and homemaker support: conversation, meals, errands, light housekeeping, and a trusted presence at home. Personal care and Home Health Agency services are planned for a later phase. We do not currently advertise as an AHCA-licensed Home Health Agency.
2. What is the difference between companion care and personal care?
Companion and homemaker care is non-medical help with daily life: company, meals, errands, reminders, and light housekeeping. Personal care usually means hands-on help with bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility. Personal care and licensed Home Health Agency services are planned for a later phase. We do not currently advertise as an AHCA-licensed Home Health Agency.
3. How much does homecare cost?
Cost depends on hours, how often you need visits, and whether you need companion support, homemaker help, or a mix. We share a clear estimate during the consultation before care begins. There is no one-size package, and we will not quote a number on the website that does not match your household.
4. How do I get started?
Book a consultation on this site or email info@graceandglorycare.com. Tell us the city or ZIP in Melbourne, Palm Bay, or nearby Brevard, what a typical week looks like, and the support you need. An administrator will follow up to confirm a time and talk through a caregiver match.
5. Are you licensed as a Florida Home Health Agency?
No. Grace and Glory Homecare LLC is building licensed home-health operations in Florida. Companion and homemaker support is available now. We will let families know when personal care and HHA services become available.
6. Where do you provide care?
We serve families in Melbourne, Palm Bay, and nearby Brevard County on the Space Coast. Share your ZIP code when you book a consultation and we will confirm coverage for your home. Caregivers come to you.
7. How do I book a consultation?
Use the Book consultation form on this site, or email info@graceandglorycare.com. An administrator will follow up to confirm a time that works for your family and talk through the support you need.
8. Can a hospital, doctor, or agency refer a family to you?
Yes. Hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, and community partners can refer a family to us. Share the client’s name, location, and the support needed—or invite the family to complete our consultation form.
9. What hours of care are available?
Hours are flexible: a few visits a week, daytime companion support, overnight coverage, or live-in help as needs change. We set a schedule during the consultation and adjust it as the care plan evolves.
10. How do you keep families informed?
Caregivers follow a clear schedule, report time, and share visit notes so you know who was there and how the day went. You can always reach us if something needs attention between visits.
11. How are caregivers matched to our loved one?
We match caregivers to personality, routine, and the support requested. The team is screened and introduced before regular visits begin so the first face in the home already feels familiar.
